Everyone is going to sleep soon. I will be awake thinking about everything that’s gone wrong. I will think about it again and again and again. The world will be sleeping while I will be awake thinking about you,me, us and everyone around us. I have lost a lot of people in my life and I know how it feels to be betrayed by your friend, a lover, or a sibling, or a family member, or just a random stranger. After a while no one really cares and what counts is how you care for yourself. Whenever you get distracted you should tell yourself to gently come back to where you have all started to a place where there is peace and love. Start thinking about all the positive things in your life and when it goes back to the negative, gently come back to the positive one and keep thinking and keep thinking and let it go away and allow yourself to let it come back.. so during the night when your thoughts go to the negative one let it stay for a while and think about everything that has gone wrong, let yourself heal, let yourself be hurt before you realise that you won’t be hurt again. During the night are used to think that why everything is going wrong and exactly there lies the problem. During the night when everyone is a sleep and the world is shut down for a while and there is no sun we always have negative thoughts on our mind. It is so normal to be negative at night. We should normalise sadness at night and allow ourselves to breathe in and breathe out, breathe in positivity and breathe out negativity .
